Problem with Dialer change

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Phone\Skin]
“Enabled”=dword:1, you should change to 0 and reboot your Omnia

When I try to do this, it doesn't work for me

It gives me an access denied error when trying to change the value from 1 to 0.

Can you help?
