Omnia's Calculator - how to save last value?

Just a little annoyance. On my apache, when using the calculator within WM5/6/6.1, the last value would always be present upon later using the calculator. This would be handy to use in keeping up with my checkbook balance. On the Omnia, everytime you close/re-open the calculator the value resets to 0.

Any way to change this behavior?

barring a reg setting change (may be possible) maybe instead of closing it, you can use a task manager app to keep it minimized in the background until needed!

I noticed this also. I have started using Calc98 a very versatile calculator I used on my Dell Axim--and free. Lots of scientific, number base system, and statistical options as well. Put it on my Omnia and it works fine. It saves the values just fine. Worth a try if you need its versatility and functionality.
