Question about bluetoothing music

when i bluetooth music from my laptop to the phone, the file doesnt go show under the music player. instead i have to go to the "search" icon and look for it. is there a way that the music i upload to the phone goes straight to the player? also how come i can use music as my ringtone only when the music is under the "storage" and not "storage card"

All my ringtones are in \Storage Card\My Documents\ and they work fine.
