How does one change the Power On Video? (omnia)

Does anyone know how to change the power on verizon video gif on the Samsung Omnia i910?
If you know please post here....or if you know of the thread please post the thread.....

first you need a file explorer that will allow u to make changes to the windows folder and or a registry editor...

I use resco explorer...

there is a thread somewhere...I will find it and link it for you....

okay I tried replacing the Ani_poweron.gif with another one....it worked but the file I added did not show properly for whatever reason, I'm thinkin it has to do with the Omnia's screen resolution..
