Thanks again. I understand what you're saying except for one thing. I really don't know how to "tap to install the file I downloaded" from the phone. Could you walk me through that series of steps? Obviously, you are telling me to find your dialer cab. program on the computer from my phone and get it into the phone, but I have no idea how to do that. Also, is it necessary to do a soft reset after I'm finished? If you can get me through this successfully, I'll buy you a vodka martini. Thanks.
