I found that in HKCU/Software/Samsung/Camera if you change VideoSize to 1653 you can now record 400x240 video.

1652=640x480 1653=400x240 1654=320x240 1655=176x144

I will try out other settings to see what changes

NOTE* settings in camera will still show last setting 640x480-176x144

I am putting together a general guide for new users (esp. to Windows Mobile) for the Omnia. Its a WIP, so its not done, but here is what I have so far.

Says access denied... won't let me import it with CeRegestry Editor or change it at all

You have to unlock it, under Tools. Else it won't let you.
