Re: Not waking up with S2U2
good to hear! I may have to check out an omnia, that mouse feature sounds like it might be usefull (not on htc's though, dpad is clunky imo)

Re: Not waking up with S2U2
Honestly, the mouse is ok. I am not completely 'sold' on it yet. I wish there was a quick way to switch between the dpad and the mouse because sometimes you have to have a dpad and other times it's nice to be able to pinpoint your click with the mouse. It's a tough decision. Nice feature though. I love my omnia.

Unzip this file and place it in your Omnia under My Device > Windows > Start Menu > Programs and then map it to a button (I use my camera single press button). I found this over at Howard Forums, but they are down right now, so I can't post the thread, but I will update with credit to the author as soon as I can!!! Works GREAT!!!!! edit...OK it was actually on Modeco, chaimd wrote + posted it: http://www.modaco.com/user/302756/chaimd/ Last edited by syrguy1969; 12-30-2008 at 12:22 PM. |

The "13K Vocoder" option was available on the Apache and Titan, but the recommended option was "13K" not "13K Vocoder". So I am not sure if the 13K setting is available elsewhere in the menu or not, or not needed. Also not sure if the "13K Vocoder" setting accomplishes what the "13K" setting did, which was to expand the frequency response, or bandwidth, to make calls clearer with more high frequency content. If anyone could shed more light on this for the Omnia, that would be cool.
