"Data connection" application

Hello,

I am trying to extract a copy of my friend's Bell Omnia. I need "Data Connection" application found on Verizon's Omnia. Here we can see the Verizon's how-to: http://search.vzw.com/?do=viewdoc&id=21460

As long as i can't set the Omnia to do internal data call i will not be able to connect it with QPST to make a PRL copy. I hope anybody will help.

By the way, i am searching for PRL31406 from Bell. If someone got a copy of it, it would be alot simpler to post it here, i will give it a try.
