Omnia II VoIP over 3G - just handsfree...

When I use any Voip client over 3G on my Omnia II (Nimbuzz, Skype, Fring, etc...), I´m just able to talk using the handsfree capability... does anyone knows how to talk using the normal phone (not handsfree)???
