not receiving mms

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but i have not been able to receive pictures sent over a text messages. I updated to the official 2.1 release and since then i do not get pictures.. i dont send alot of pics to begin with but i do remember getting some before i updated. Any help would be great....

have you tried updating the profile if not you go to settings>about phone> system updates> update profile......let it run then try again if that doesnt work power cycle the phone....then as a last result either call *2 or try a factory reset.

Thanks for responding. I tried the first 2 with no luck ,so i called tech support to do factory reset. Still didnt work ,so i took it back to radio shack and got a new phone ( i have their protection paln). this new phone's mms works. Thanks again for the suggestions.
