magnifying tool

I was looking at youtube and a guy was using some sort of magnifying tool while surfing the web on his moment instead of using the plus and minus. Anyone know how to use this

on 2.1? I know on 1.5 you could zoom all the way out and focus on a small area so you could easily skip to a certain point on the page. I thought this was very useful.

Not a big fan of the double tap zoom feature in the browser on 2.1

yah, now that i think about it, he was on 1.6. is there a tool like that we can use on our 2.1
