getting live wallpapers + 3d gallery on samsung moment

Pretty sure you have to root it...at least it didn't work for me not rooted. I will say that I was pretty disappointed it didn't come with it stock, but I finally got Sprint to replace my moment today, so I rooted it and put on live wallpapers....kept them on for about an hour and got tired of it. My 2 cents is it's not worth a big effort unless you're doing something that just happens to get you live wallpapers like rooting to get wireless tether or removing stock apps.
