when i rebooted after using the template it took quite a long while to actually finish booting, by a long time I'm talking just on the verge of 10 minutes to boot all the way up. you may have just simply not let it sit long enough.

of course its possible your template got corrupted while downloading, i would just try to re-download it and when you reboot just give it plenty of time to do its thing.

I let it sit for about 5 mins, so I may just give it awhile. I'm impatient. Thanks for the suggestion.

yeah for some it does take a while to boot completely. After you clear the Dalvik anytime it takes longer, but the cl14 template takes even longer

Well, it's been sitting for at least 15 minutes. I have "self-diagnosed" ADD, so I don't remember when I started it exactly. Any further suggestion. Probably reboot as soon as I post this.

Downloaded CL14 template again to see if that was the problem...no luck.

that's very strange. so you are clearing the dalvik cache before doing each thing? And you do have the CL14 update right? I've heard from a couple other people that their phone just will not take the themes, it's strange.
