That is the CL14 firmware update. Caused alot of problems for alot of people. Not 2.1 unfortunately. I personally think the phone was updated to get it ready for the 2.1 update coming in Q2.

Honestly the best way to have the benefits of the CL14 update, without any of the ill effects, is to flash the custom version. I did and have none of the issues with my Moment that my friend does that got the official CL14 update installed by Sprint.
