Samsung Moment Maintenance Release - CL14

Sprint has issued a maintenance release which fixes the accidentall 911 calls, the aGPS (finally, indoor GPS!), and some battery life issues. It's only available at Sprint repair centers but will be available for OTA update in the near future.

I'm impatient. I'll be at a Sprint Store during my lunch break today

All my Sprint repair stores have no info on this release as of 11am Central time....kinda wierd.....

someone should do a rom dump of this when you get the update...theres actually a tool to do a software update on the phone which is hella hella easy...

we use it here to do hard resets on locked out moments...

its called odin multi uploader

and since its a dumped rom of stock rom...you shouldnt need to be rooted

Since you work in the store, can't you just get a dump and upload for all of us?

hell from what ive heard even most of the repair centers dont have it yet...

If you're a tech in a sprint affiliate store, you should have the update via SNRMS...

Regardless, my buddy has the Moment; Is there a step by step walk-through on dumping the rom?

now why in the world would you tell me what i SHOULD have when i work here, have worked here and am currently completeling the intergration of our affiliate into sprint corp since we got bought out about 2 months ago...never mind the fact that only repair centers are supposed to get the update AND even they mostly havent gotten it yet

that seriously comes off the wrong way

and no...though google is a nice place to start
