yes. put the downloaded .zip on the root of the /sdcard. do not unzip. follow directions in 1st post. boot into recovery, apply .zip and reboot.

It doesn't work on 1.5, I think it requires 1.6 or above.

This is one of the downfalls on being stuck on 1.5 is that quite a few apps don't work on it.

When i go to load the update speedrabbit.zip Im getting this-

using recovery 2.0
i changed the boot.png to the one I run with all the custom kernels and I opened the framework-res.apk, changed the boot animation. The framework file was then re-zipped and the file extension was changed to .apk Changing the boot animation shouldn't have affected the update script, so where am I going wrong?

Hey all, im new to this i have a not-rooted samsung moment, i flashed the rom:

Calkulin's Moment Speedrabbit ROM (v1.0)

For CL14 Recovery Console
Download and rename update*.zip to update.zip
Copy update.zip to the root of your sdcard
Power off phone
Press & hold Vol down, talk(green) & end(red) buttons until boot logo displays
Select apply sdcard:update.zip
Reboot when done

but when i use it i dont see the things that would be mentioned that would be changed except the change in design and removed sprint apps. Was i not supposed to flash

Also what should i do to fix it?

In addition, when i went to settings to see about phone i saw build number was: speedrabbit SDX 1.7, does this mean im rooted now to speedrabbit?

Speed rabbits installed perfectly over my old zefie 14.3 with a different theme(cant remember). Used the recovery 2.0 .zip method.


looks good. Seems to be running quite snappy. Only been using for about 5 hours but i dig it. Will keep updated

make sure you have cl14(stock sprint update) first.
