Problems with the Navigation keys

Ok got this phone a day early for my gf from Radio Shack and so far it seems great, except the home, menu, search and back keys dont seem to register presses sometimes and its really annoying... Anyone else notice this? Any suggestions?....

I know many wont have it until tomorrow but I'm interested in hearing if anyone else is having this problem

PS. Check out my video to see the device compared to the Moment and you can see the problem I'm talking about in the video http://brownhandstech.blogspot.com/2...cept-from.html

Re: Problems with the Navigation keys

At the Sprint store, I noticed the same thing: The 4 soft keys on the Intercept don't always register.
