Internet Sharing

I come from the PPC-6700 to the Samsung i760. On the 6700 I had internet sharing where I would just press connect and I was online. No dialup connection required. Is there anyway to do this with the i760?

the ATt&t unlimitedwireless MaxBundle pack, make this possible at a very low price, not only will you recieve unlimeted internet, also 1500 textmessages, with the plan. try this out and see if you like it, then you can use your phone as an external modem to get on line to the internet if you are trying to get on with a laptop, and your charges will not go up due to unlimited to internet usage; however, I just found out that you will be charged for anything you download from the internet, if you have the data cable you can use the internet to download to your computer and then download to your phone through Active 4.5 or greater and save even more.

Yes you can use wm6 style internet sharing on the i760. I have VZW as my carrier and was not keen on an aditional $15 per month charge to re-enable something which was removed from the ROM at their request.. seeing as they are now accepting "any device and and any application" on their network. I installed it via the process in the faq for wmwifirouter on the xda-developers forum and it is working like a charm.
