need WM6.1 upgrade file for XP

I visited the Verizon Wireless store on Friday as my 760 locked up. They said I needed the 6.1 upgrade but had no suggestion on where to get it. I did some searching and figured out:
a) verizonwireless.com refers you to samsung
b) samsung no longer has the upgrade file available
c) I have not found a working link to the XP upgrade anywhere on the web
d) I have not found a site with the 6.1 for XP file to download

Does anyone have a suggestion or actually still have the XP upgrade file?

I suppose like everyone else, I am waiting for Windows Phone 7 on Verizon. I work for Nissan and they only allow use of Windows phones or iPhone with their VPN and I am trying to avoid iPhone.

When searching, all caps must be used - SCH-I760.
