Samsung Function release date on Verizon/ Samsung Galaxy SII release date on Verizon?

Since the Galaxy S 2 has different names depending on the carrier, I thought I'd make one more specific to my interest. Anyone have any specfics on a release date for the Samsung Function on Verizon?

There was a little excitement on yesterday when Computerworld thought that Verizon said the Samsung Function was coming to Verizon as soon as July but then they were told it was just the tablet that would be coming in July.

No details on it having or not having LTE.

I can't believ the Samsung Function hasn't even hit the FCC yet. I'd sure like to know if it has 4G or not.
