I mean, other than I had a hard time connecting it to my PC and I'm pretty sure I have that working now?

I just don't know how much better a phone could get ..for my needs at least? Like I said in my original post, I came from the HTC TP2 and spent hours upon hours trying different settings to finally get it to where it did what I wanted it to. It never did get the Navigation working well, so I use my Garmin...lol so even though the Epic's is a bit off, I really don't mind.

Anyway, by the time I'm up to speed on all the functions/specs this thing has I'll be nearing the 30 day window and I can then make up my mind 100%. All I can say now though is: I have never had a phone that worked like this! I'll have to play with the EVO a little more too. I already have a little, but I AM coming from WM and am just now getting a feel for Android.

If it helps, games performs over 4 times better on the Epic than the Evo. (Evo=16 mil polys/sec, Epic=90 mil polys/sec). For example: Quake2 on Evo=8 to 12 FPS, Quake2 on Epic=60+ FPS.

There you go if you game any.

Re: I absolutely LOVE this Phone!

Sweet, that does help, I game. Thanks!

Another simple kudos I can add is the Speaker phone. I used the Speaker phone on my TP2 quite a bit. People used to RAVE about that feature on the TP2 and it WAS very good.

Well now I can say the Epic's is very close to as good, and again, easier to activate! Now some folks are going to call BS on that last statement because the TP2's Speaker phone could be activated just by setting the phone face down on a hard surface and boom, it turned itself on. That's the thing though, I use my Speaker phone mostly when driving and there just aren't any hard surfaces convenient for that... To be fair, I'm still getting a feel for call quality while on the Epics SP. TP2 had above average noise reduction via a second mic ( I think that's how it accomplished it?) and I did get so-so feedback from people I talked to when driving, road noise and all...I have a noisy car.

Also,
I think I can now safely say that I like TouchWiz better than TouchFLO 3D. Really, guys, hands down these two interfaces are supposed to do the same thing, but TouchWiz works so....well. TouchFLO 3D gets the job done, that's all I have to say.
