they did "idiot proof" it, you don't need to open up adb shell to get the 1 click root to work. You follow the instructions and it takes like 45 seconds max.....Basically pay no attention to any of the adb shell talk, if you download the 1 click root zip file and have the Galaxy S drivers install and turn on your phone's USB debugging and have the phone plugged into the computer then once you extract that zip file to any location desired then all you need to do is double click the run file within the zip and that's it....Just follow the on screen instructions to "press any key to continue" and the phone will "root" itself and reboot. How much more "idiot proof" do you need?
