I found a trick that got my phone to work and I've heard of several others that it's worked for as well.

It's a matter of when the SD card is getting formatted and the ramdon password that it's trying to put on the card.

Step 1 - Insert the SD Card into the memory slot. (make sure it clicks in and springs back to lock it in)

Step 2 - Perform a Factory Reset on your phone. About 1/2 way through it'll reboot the phone and start the reset again automatically. From there it's formatting the card.

Step 3 - Finish your setup and then look in the Settings --> About to see if the memory card was seen.

This is my 1st post here and i just wanted to say thank you... the trick that you provided worked for my memory card like a champ and then because everything is uploaded i had no worries about losing my contacts or anything of that sort.... again thanks a lot
