Official Jelly Bean GB27 Update

Yesterday Samsung and Sprint released the official Jelly Bean Android 4.1.2 Update for the Sprint Epic Touch SPH-D710. The software and instructions are available at: Support - Sprint Cell Phones SPH-D710 | Samsung Cell Phones

It appears this update will only be available for PC download and NOT OTA as there is some repartitioning necessary to accomodate the new os. You will also need Samsung Kies to flash.

Make sure your phone is fully charged before starting.

There some re partitioning needed . Phone needs to be setup to run JB.

You cant flash a custom JB rom until this has been done because of the required partitioning
