adding sys 21864 to vk

so i downloaded the file juicy linked me to but it doesnt look like a vk sys...how do i incorporate what i have downloaded into jmz's v1 kitchen?

use dumpsorter to convert the layout of sys files that are in the old format.. but that looks like it's just common. You will also need to come up with LANG for your locale and DPI for your resolution
