Bell - HTC touch - NFSFAN rom 1.28 error 262

Hello everyone ive run into a issue with loading the rom NFSFAN 1.28 with footprints. Everytime I run the utility I get an error 262. Now im running vista 32bit and need some help to get around this situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try reinstalling WMDC...I had this issue the other day with my diamond/

Do you get "rapitool has stopped working" ? If so this is your issue...

Also what do you use 7zip or WINrar...?
