Tytn booting Problems

Can Any One help every time i shut my TyTn off or it dies and i try to turn it back on i have problems trying to boot it back up this black screen comes on and it just stays like that for mad long and wont shot the windows mobil 6 screen and i lose sound every once in a while if it boots up
Can any One Help?
