Red face 28

Zinc lozenges work great for sore throats. They can be really chalky and kind of hard to suck on too many, but they work on the throat and also, research has shown that zinc decreases the time that a person has a cold. The runny nose, though, I think dental health just have to deal with and appreciate that "bad stuff" is coming out of your system with the mucus out of your nose.

Re: Cricket Rom

Use the PPCKitchen to cook your own. But make it without the arcsoft client cause the settins are wrong. Then load the Crwinger Cabs to install MMS

Re: Cricket Rom

Yes, zinc lozenges definitely work really well for sore throats. They also work for warding off a cold. I swear by both zinc lozenges and echinacea whenever I feel like I'm fighting something. Haven't had a bad cold yet this year.
