Help making w.m roms

hello sorry i need help i was wondering how i can get my hands on the softwere for building roms i have a sicphone i68 (i9) and i want to make a java flash rom and i also have a nother phone that runs java Lg Xenon Gr5000
both phones im trying to get this idea to work i need help cuz im new
and im also trying to help a friend hack the sidekick for android and for myself windows mobile ik sidekick hacks like that are never going to happen but were trying thanks if you have any info for my text me or email me at
