sense rom without twitter, facebook, and other misc useless apps

hey jus wondering if anyone knew of a sense rom without facebook, twitter, stocks, office, opera, ect. basicly a barebones sense rom that i can install the apps i want. ive used several roms that i love but theres so many apps that i never use and take up my valuble rom/ram. or can someone point me in the direction of a good cooking program and some tutorials on how to run it, ive also tried cooking my own rom but im noob enough that i dont know all the ins and outs. plz help....thanks
