Best Free Ringtones or Ringtone Maker

Well is there a site or a program that is really good that'll y'all use?

Not really sure what is the best program out there but I just use nero wave editor that comes free with nero burning rom. Since the touch can use mp3's as ringtones I just use the wave editor to edit the 30 seconds or less that I want for a ringtone and then save it. Also use it to make wav files for my alarm notifications.

Mandy you can use Microsoft active sync to connect your 6700 to your computer and then in active sync press explore. Then go to my documents/my ringtones and just copy paste the ringtones

Use the search it helps a lot
