I don't have the slidingsounds option either (Windows Mobile 6 Professional CE OS 5.2.1620 (Build 18125.0.4.2))

Yeah, then you can't use this then. you have to have that option under your settings. I know it's there on most WM6 phones. The ones that come with WM6. I know the 6700 comes with 5 but I'm not sure if the custom roms have that option put into them. I know all Moguls have it.

If you are using a 6700 with WM6 installed you will not have the option to change the keyboard sliding sounds. However, if you go to the thread below, you can install an application that will add this feature.

After you install this app, you can't use Mega's installer because it was designed to work for the Mogul. However, you can download the sounds that he posted and configure this app to use his Vista sounds.

I tested it on my 6700 and it works pretty good. Check it out.

is this only one sound? "vista sounds" is the only one added to the list right?

Yeah. It doesn't add any other sounds. Well my cab installer does is it will copy the sounds to your windows folder and it will put the extra option under the program by creating the proper registry values.
