If you have a mogul, you should put all theme files in the root of the mem card. That's what I do.

No problem. I'm not sure if you have MSN Messenger or not but I can use that to show you step by step how to create a theme. It literally takes me 1 minute now to create a theme. if you have MSN and want me to show you visually, let me know in a PM.
