Titanium Notifications Circle With X Problem

Ok for some really random reason my Titanium Notifications outlook Email Tab has gone to a red circle with an x for the little icon that supposed to be there...how do i fix this to go back to normal again...i already removed the program and re installed it but still no avail and the icon is still x'd out...

I had the same thing happen to me with Titanium weather. Turned out it was a connection problem. If you turn on TF3D can you access your mail.
