Vga Taskbar Request/help

So I've searched and searched. Im looking for a vista-like taskbar for wm6.5 (vga CDMA Diamond)

I've read the custom taskbar thread...but cant make any sense of it. We used to just install a cab and we're good to go. Now you have to do a bunch of other installing and deleting of OEM file? or just replace them? I dont know. Im a newb to the customizing game

read the first page of taskbar thread, its just a matter of installing 3 cabs and youve got a custom tb. its really simple to install one of the custom tb's on your diamond.

Im obviously retarded, I just read for about 45 min and all i see is ways to create your own icons and cabs and links to original sites .....that tell u the exact same thing with older files. Jesus, all I want to do is see a theme i like, install a cab. Why is that so hard to ask for/find?

all u gotta do is install the sdkcert,battery driver/and fiix batt and install Tsown cab. Nothing u can t do and u dont need to read 45 min,just may be 5.
