I'll see what i can do, the missle/bomb dropping shouldnt be too hard. And i'll see what i can do with the letters. Give me a day or two, also any specific background? And if you have images already on hand you would like to use let me know.

ok bikeanddestroyx. I posted an example i worked on today on the first page at the bottom of the first post. Probably not what u expected but its kinda cool, let me know.

Ok, Download links are up for everyone to download. There is only one that isn't up and that one is the psychedelic one. I'm having to rework it, becuz its a bit bigger than my other ones size wise. But i will have that one up soon.

Why would you need it in APNG format? These GIF's work fine for WM, and i'm really not 100% sure that .netCF supports APNG format as i have never tried it. I know it supports PNG. I did find a link for you to download a converter if you want to try though.
