Themes, Programs help please

Hello guys i'm new to this. I have the PPC 6800 brand new out the box.

I was wondering do i need a special program to load or see themes?

I was also tryin to get my contact on my Today screen using Treo 700w Speed Dialer Plugin on my 6800 but when i select the plugin from today screen settings nothing shows up.

Last question what is iLauncher and how do i install it ? I downloaded it unzip it to my desktop and then copy the iLauncher_3.folder to my 6800 windows folder is that right?

Well I have a ppc 6800 also, and I had the 2.8 firmware on it, before I did the update I couldn't see any of my plug ins on the today screen. Now that I did the update to the new HTC firmware, I can see the plug ins and it works sweeeeeeeet.

As for loading the Today themes, u need to copy them to your windows folder. Just use File manager
