Blackberrt Storm Help

not sure if im posting in the right area or not but i just bought a storm and am trying to figure out how to get new themes/apps. where do you get the themes from and once downloaded how do you use the desktop software to get them on there? im not good with this stuff so please make it as dummy pproof as possible. thank you
