Change Explorer BG color

Does anyone know a way to change the color of the explorer, sms, email, background? Its defaulted to white, I'd like to grey it out.

I tried to search it, but no luck.

It can be done but it is a little time consuming and it takes a little trial and error. I use a combination of UI tweaker and the color options in Sktools to get my colors right. Here are the cabs for you let me know if you have any questions

Its not too bad the problem is if you are like me then it won't stop at just the window color and text haha. If you install ui tweaker you can change the menu color and text and window color and text and that should do what your asking reletively easily
