Re: Small Red-ish theme

Just a question..I know you mentioned that it will change your home screen minus the rolls royce, but will it also leave you text in English? If that is the case I will download, I don't want to try without finding that out first.

If your text is in English now, it won't change anything but the color.

One thing you might want to know is, once it's installed you can't simply uninstall it & have everything revert back to the original setup.

I tried that as I decided the red clock was much harder to read out in the direct sun than my stark black & white clock. When I uninstalled it from the "remove programs" menu, it left kind of a garbled mess behind.

At that point, I didn't mess around trying to fix it, I just restored a Sprite backup & I was good to go again...........

Usually thats what I do is uninstall and I'm back to normal, but if you say it doesn't go back smoothly I'll take your word for it and stay away from this one. Thanks for the info...

Re: Small Red-ish theme

Hey Ruski, I love your work here but I wanted the clock to be more legible than the red numbers.

I came up with this, but it was totally by accident & I love it:

As you can see, the icons & upcoming appointments are still red, but the numbers are white on black. Is there any way you can tell me how to duplicate this again after switching to a different theme??

It may have something to do with the setup I'm running. That is the compressed HD version of TF3D, not the standard version.

I wasn't at all sure that the red theme would even work for me, but it did install & work just fine.........

That's actually what mine looks like now minus the red text and a different notification bubble

Re: Small Red-ish theme

john, when you reloaded your white number clock it changed your alarm and call icons also.. the file 1bbfdc9b_manila has those icons, the dotted line that creates the center of the flip and a single layer of the flip backs.

So to duplicate what you have would be to install a clock that has the color icons you want and/or edit that file.
