Can't change the Today theme

Themes won't show.

Well I recently got my replacement 6800 and have had headaches with it for some reason.

I cannot change themes on the today screen. There all loaded and I click on one but get no change........

I'm frustrated.

Any thoughts on this. Have no idea why I can't. Using .tsk files.

Suggestions welcome.
