A request - touch pro VGA

No TF3D, I use mobile shell. I need a red/black theme. Red bars, black otherwise, Also looking for a red dialer.

I posted this in the other forum, but I think it needs to be here. I would also like the start button to be the hammer and scythe as in the Russian flag.

This is a little project my friend and I got into, and I have no clue...
