I've seen it in a few roms but I'm trying to find out what it's called and if there is a cab for it...

Try that one just look for the icons. It should be in the second post. Should be Tsowentaskbar3v1.3. Its in the ppc themes forums. Look for custom taskbar in the stickey section. |

that looks like or at least close to dreams room for the TP, except for the signal bar.
