Thanks for the reply but forgot to mention. I am still on sprint rom just unlocked. so I believe the sprint rom is 6.1..

I am having a similar issue above with the sim card icon. Really throws off the rest of the icons. I have a US Cellular TP2 stock rom. Anyway to turn off the SIM notification or remove the icon?

I hate to be a divvy but after meticulously following instructions it doesnt seem to work. Could this be my touch2 being different? There appear to be similar but not the same dll files, and i really cant get the signal icon to work, the battery and some others are ok, wifi and signal, nooooooo (gps etc changes.)

Help me oot - this new touch2 looks lame with white start button!

I get the 3G symbol no problems there but when it drops to 1x it just says "G" with the same color and everything as the "3G" symbol just drops the 3. If that makes sense to you? Is that how you made this or should it be actually showing the gray 1x symbol? Was just curious more then anything I kinda like it not showing the dreaded gray 1x symbol.

I'm also having problems with the signal icon on a stock sprint rom, instead if the signal icon I get a white sdcard with a x on the top left hand corner. How can I fix this?

I have the Sprint Touch Pro 2 with stock ROM and the updated taskbar 3 version works flawless on it so I am not sure of the problem. My signal bars are correct. You did follow the intructions on the first page correct and what taskbar are you installing as well?

Please Tsowen please provide the direct link on the taskbar 3 updated. Their are so many so I would not confuse which one to try!

Thanks but it looks like the sims notification shows up on this version too. I am on sprint TP2 with stock rom! Just unlocked!!

I believe I followed the instructions step by step. on your stock shellres.192.dll / shellress.192.dll.0409.mui image on the first page the icon showing up is 4686.ico. I should note it happened on Gadgets rounded taskbar too. I have tried your tsowentaskbar6 wm6.5 and 6v.21. All the rest of the icons show up and appear correctly(and look awesome as well)
