download both task bars and install v4...copy the spearker icons file and then install v5 and place the file from v4 into the \windows folder...it will ask you if you want to overwrite press yes...soft reset and you should be good

totally not a stupid question hahaha i had to check myself lol....now what you need to do is follow the steps like your creating your own start icon but instead your going to extract taskbar v4 and v5 and then unsugn then....then goin into the phcanover.bmp.dll file and copy the files list below....and then you are going to past them into the taskbar v5 phcanover.bmp.dll

in the phcanover.bmp.dll
160 is sound on
161 is vibrate
162 is mute

if you cant figure it out or need help i will attempt to do it for you....im t work though so if it gets busy i wont be able to get much done...just let me know if you get stuck thoguh

Hey All! - Fantastic work on the Taskbar everyone!!

I just got my HTC Touch HD in the UK and could do with a little help...been searching this post to see if the tsowentaskbar4 is readily compatible with my Touch HD?

Could someone please help?

If it is, am I right that to install tsowentaskbar4v1.6, I follow these steps:

1. sdkcerts.cab
2. tsowentaskbar4v1.6
3. nuePowerDriverCDMADiamond-100-v1.0-cab.cab

The last cab seems to be designed for a CDMA Diamond - I have an HD that works on GSM/CDMA, will everything work fine.
