Color changing of top and bottom bar in TF3D

I have a VZW TP and pretty much have down the ways to change all the pictures and *_manila files but I am having a real difficult time figuring out how to change the "top and bottom bars" and their colors. I honestly don't know what to to call the "bottom" bar that defaults to "Phone" and "Camera", but the top bar is probably referred to as the taskbar most often.

I'm assuming they are probably just reg tweaks to some hex value of sorts, but I just can't find where to change it.

Second question, same topic. How do I do this, as well as, define it as a new theme in the Settings->Today area, which lists Vzw, Windows Default, etc.

the two bars you're talking about are related to your regular windows mobile them and can be changed as stated above by uitweaker or reg edits OR basehue express (search for that one) and even easier by any matching theme (tsk) format. Which all of which also govern your highlights within programs (NOT within touchflo pages but the actual apps that are opened.)

Talking about hex edits and ****. Just find whatever .tsk file you want from the internet(google search), they all should work. Drop that in the windows folder and select it from Settings\Personal\Today.


Basehue Express you should look into that also. All the newer themes always show it as shiny but sometimes you want just a solid color like black or something. Without that even if its supposed to be solid it will show shiny.
