Extending themes farther into windows

Currently I'm using the stock HTC TF3d theme on my TP. I'd like to entend the white on black style to include messaging, email, programs, and setting screens. Basically I want everything on my phone to be white on black. Would these setting be included in a *.tsk file? Or do I have to manually configure all of these colors a la UITweaker?

Also is it possible to change the system fonts? I'd love to add Segoe UI

theres an awsome post on themes " right up your ally .. i cant seem to locate the post right now .. but look under ppc themes .. its a simple small post .. hope i can find it for you ..

I saw the post about creating themes using that utility but that wasn't near the level I need. The only program I've been able to find that can change the colors of the internal menu backgrounds,etc... is UI tweaker and it's way too clunky. It doesn't have to look exactly like TF3d But I do want it to be white on black and perhaps a different font to fool the casual observer. I can't be the only one who wants this.
