SPB Mobile Shell How To?

Can someone direct me to a How To on creating custom SPB Mobile Shell themes? I have look all over and can't find one.

I want to merge three existing SPB themes together (using only the icons from one, the clock font from another, and the rest of the theme from a third).

Also, I would like to find the same thing (a How To) for s2u2 themes.

Any help?
