Once upon a time I could adjust the transparency of my background pic...
....but I've lost track of how the heck I was doin that. Any suggestions on utils for such endeavors????

u have to open the picture through pictures and videos not the htc album an go to set as backround and then the option will pop up for you to crop and adjust transprency.
