I use the CTU ringtone from 24 as main ringtone with the option to have incoming calls announced by Voice Command.

Where did you grab the CTU Ring? (Basically, can you post it if you acquired it for free?). I'm currently using Old Phone as my ringer and the basics for the alerts.
